  Good quality pull switch at great price. Initially got sent the wrong product but after contacting Diane my switch was sent, receiving it a couple of days later. First class service and excellent seller to deal with.

  Seems like a decent doorbell, looks like the picture, was easy to fit (no screws provided, but that's fine - just re-used the ones from the existing one). Very good price and was despatched quickly. Royal Mail were hopeless in delivering (not the first time for me, I think it's a problem in my sorting office) - they claimed it was delivered when it was not... then pushed it through my door 2 weeks later, by which time the seller had posted me another one, but the seller was very helpful with it.

  My doorbell arrived faulty, no fault of the seller as it was boxed up. They replied promptly and sent out a replacement with no quibble. Thank you for a great communication and service 😀
