I ordered several cables from them only to have the Post Office lose the parcel. When I first reached out to ES to tell them I fully expected the parcel to be eventually delivered. ES was very helpful and offered to refund me. I waited a while, going back to the PO several times but eventually accepted that it was well and truly lost. ElectroStore refunded the cost without my even having to ask them. They really earned a positive review.
