  Survived transport from Canada, double-boxed around original packing, with just a few scratches on one panel. No tracking, so a bit of confusion with another dish delivered - resolved. Thanks.

  Great eBay Seller. Shipped in a reasonable time frame. Came Well Packaged. Item came from seller as described in listing. There was a delay in shipping with UPS but that was not sellers fault! Only thing I would have liked was some instructions but I am happy with the purchase.

  The 33" satellite antenna arrived poorly packed and was apparently damaged in transit. It appears to be a result of poor or improper packaging. Communication with the vendor was excellent as he offered various ideas to 'pop' out the dents which we tried with the result being that the shape of the reflector and gain was still not as it should have been had it not been damaged. Since trying to ship it back would be cost prohibitive and would delay our project I opted to just toss it out.
