  Great quality tent. Seller kept in touch through the process. It took a little over a month to receive because it was coming from overseas but worth the wait. I would buy again from this seller. 5 star service.

  Amazing quality, I ordered it on a Thursday and the following Friday it arrived. Looks amazing and we put it up in the garden to check it and it’s in amazing condition. Definitely recommend for the price it is. Also the import tax for the UK wasn’t as bad as I was thinking, so that was a good surprise. The team are also great, answered all my questions and kept me updated. Thank you Ejia team 😌

  Great quality and stitching—really impressed with the build. Shipping was lightning fast right after production. Customer service was solid before payment but dropped off after; my tracking questions went unanswered. Thought the blower and repair kit were missing, but they arrived separately. Found all three packages after checking the label and calling UPS. Communication could be better, but I’m thrilled with the product.

  Although I had to return the items as I no longer needed them, my experience with Ejia-Inflatables-Official Store was a very good one. The vendor was really accommodating and understanding. He replied quickly to all my messages and assisted me with the return, even though it was at my expense as stated on his page and which I knew it would be. He refunded me in full and I'm grateful for his cooperation. I would definitely do business with them again.
