    Four out of the six cups purchased arrived broken, the box was undamaged, so -poor packing. However the seller quickly did right by me and refunded the purchase. I have confidence that should you have an issue, this seller will treat you right.

    The package has completed it's cruise around the US and finally made it to Ohio!!! I was so excited when it arrived and the box was not damaged. The dish was safe and secure in the box and all in one piece. The butter dish is as beautiful as described and I'm excited to have it. Thank you for checking on it while the USPS was giving it the grand tour of Jackson, Mississippi.

    Seller communication: A+. Item condition: D-. The plates arrived as pictured, but were SATURATED with the scent of urine/feces. As was the packing. I immediately notified the seller to inform them I'd like a return. Again, A+ in communicating. It's just a buyer beware situation: I don't believe the Dillweed stoneware dishes should be resold! I suspect they came from a hoarder house or worse, & I'm surprised a well-rated seller would have failed to mention this quality issue in the listing.
