  Fast delivery. Arrived sooner than expected. Packed extremely well. The item was new other and labeled as used in the description, but I couldn’t even tell my item was ever used. The original packaging, box and wrapping were pristine. Highly recommend this seller.

  Very impressed with these speakers. I look forward to getting a Klipsch sub equal in quality. The seller described them accurately, packaging was sufficient and delivery was excellent especially since I bought them 6 days before Xmas. High probability I’ll be buying my sub from this seller. Good business practices get repeat business. Oh, I suppose I had one minor complaint. There was no power cable in the box, not a big deal because I had many laying around the house. It’s a common cable.

  I purchased 3 different models of Klipsch speakers from this vendor over a period of a few weeks. The first set of speakers was damaged during shipment (NOT because of poor packaging. The box looked like it as had been dropped from a considerable height). I sent the seller photos of the box and the damage done to the speakers. Response was quick and positive. A replacement set of speakers arrived within a few. days. Superior customer service and fair prices. Highly recommend this vendor!

  What a wonderful experience working with EFX Digital. They were amazing at communication and very supportive. Items came in great condition, and when an issue arose, they provided great support in getting a replacement. Would 100% use EFX Digital again. Excellent Value and Quality for like new refurbished items.
