I bought a used laptop and the first one they shipped was as described with minor dents/scratches, but also had some light splotches on the OLED screen.     This is my first time buying from this seller and I was pleasantly surprised. Something I should mention is the packaging, the computers and accessories are perfectly protected, in a solid box with extensive layers of bubble wrap, without a doubt perfect packaging, the description of the item is very complete and clear, as for the equipment, it works correctly and with minor signs of use, I totally recommend buying from this store, mainly for its excellent packaging and good quality products.

    The seller was great! My package was shipped immediately. When it came in, it was packed to perfection. It was wrapped in about 4 layers of bubble-wrap, and in a large thick-cardboard box full of peanuts. (The box was actually a "Premium Cuts" box normally used to ship meat products, which worked amazing). The 24-port switch I ordered looks in great condition (without scratches or outside blemishes). When reset to factory and started up, the switch loaded perfectly. Great sale. Would buy again!
