    Great eBay seller, excellent communications, very accurate description, great custom packaging and very fast shipping. The two Tektronix 7A19 Amplifier Plugins are in very good used condition, with each one having a cracked knob as the only slight flaw. This was an exceptional purchase thanks to the customer focused negotiations. I have this seller on my favored sellers list for their many high-quality items, great prices and excellent packaging as well as very fast shipping.

    This is an outstanding seller. I will be more than happy to work with them again ! Soon ! Packaging was great ,everything bubbled and plastic wrapped , sent same day and sent emails keeping me in the loop. Doing business with these folks is BORING, all goes to smooth and you get what you need !! ( P.S. I am neither a friend or a relative.) I am just a customer they took good care with !     Quite an excellent buy! Very well packed, shipping beat up the box, but the contents were A-OK! As described. Found correct boot image and it fired right up! Have found no problems, appears to work 100%. Excellent purchase and shipping price. Very worth the money, glad I bought it. Seem to recall buying from this seller before and had a very positive transaction.

    Thank you very much Networks City!! The new item initially shipped to me was defective out of the box. (I sell new stuff too, sometimes that happens to me too.) I contacted the seller, he shipped out a replacement and return label with no hassle. I highly recommend this seller.

    Fast shipping, and well packaged. Sadly, there turned out to be a backplane screw jammed into a backplane connector that messed up a node circuit board. Neither seller nor me could see the screw until I had trouble disassembling to install parts and had to get an inspection camera in there. I asked about a discount. Seller went above and beyond and just gave me a refund. Couldn't ask for better customer service. A++++++
