The order was placed on April 15 and the estimated delivery date was by May 6. However, tracking status as of May 11 indicated that the item was not even in transit yet. It was also frustrating that the request to cancel the order was denied almost immediately after the order was placed saying that the order was already processed. Ironic that the item never arrived despite the fast processing time and thus a refund was requested. Only good thing was that the refund was issued promptly.

Sorry dear customer due to the order was marked as shipped so the system refused your cancellation but sincerely sorry that due to it was out of stock so the package is not able to be shipped out and we have already process a full refund for you through the case do you got the money ? if yes can you pls also kindly help remove the bad rating ? we can offer you another 3 AUD as a compensation for this matter ? is that Ok for you ? best regards
