  Seller did a wonderful job. Shipped within a good time, and the item was in great condition just as described and pictured. I liked that the item came in a box to protect the jacket. Would recommend!

  I highly recommend this seller. The item was lost in the mail. Without me reaching out, they notified me it was delayed and then lost and fully refunded my money without me even requesting. If I find an item they have I will surely purchase from them!

  Thank you for the feedback. We realize that this was a major inconvenience and we hoped the outcome would have been better. We are still working with the USPS on this lost package. Someone out there is wearing a really nice pair of shoes!

  Sweater arrived nicely packaged and as shown. 4 out of five for delivery as the package arrived late, but I'd blame the USPS and not the Seller.
