    Normally I leave the same basic feedback but this seller went above and beyond to fix an issue. No back and forth email hassles. My printer (for whatever reason) didn’t recognize the same chipset it’s used before. The seller said he was pretty sure I needed the other chipset so he shipped it out free of charge right away. Swapped it out and worked immediately. It was exactly the kind of transaction you hope happens every time.

    Very knowledgeable seller. Answered my questions quickly and accurately. Item was shipped promptly. Filled the new cartridges with ink, installed them in the printer and started printing right away. Printer accepted new cartridges with no problems. Second time buying from this seller.

    I explain to seller that the chips were in the cartridge did not work in May epson R280. I asked him to send just the right chip for the cartridge! I sent photos from both chips for him to see the difference. But he started blaming the company that I got the old cartridge then became nasty! Be warned of this seller! He asked to empty the cartridge send it back for a refund. If you have an epson R280 don’t buy from this seller! Al you’re going to get is cartridge that doesn’t work!
