    Royal Mail managed to lose this purchase and delivered an empty box with an apology note, I contacted the seller who has to go through Royal Mail for a refund, they have offered me refund. The seller has been very good about all this, it was not their fault.

    Excellent company to do business with, and here's what's clever... they took the Rennie out of their boxes so that they were less bulky. They then flat packed the boxes and packaged the whole lot in a slim box which was small enough to post through my letter box. Now that's both clever and insightful. I didn't have to be in for delivery! Perfect! Top marks 👌
