I have been scouring the country for over 20 years searching for lost or hidden treasures! Over the years I have uncovered many rare finds and brought them to market through the ebay platform! Customer satisfaction has become my number one goal and I aim to make sure my customers and satisfied!     This is the ideal eBay seller. The seller was willing to negotiate on a purchase price that we were both happy with, my item was shipped out fast, it arrived well packaged and I unwrapped it to find that it looked even better in person than it did in the photos.     There was 2 items in the order, one was as described, the other one was damaged during shipping. The items were wrapped with bubble wrap but I believe the box was too small, causing the damage.

    The lights arrived damaged, half the strand displayed the wrong color, and then would not turn on at all. The USB looks bent, probably a manufacturing error, which is unfortunate but understandable so I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a replacement. I waited a month, nothing came, no reply to my follow up questions. I tried to return the item officially for the Ebay money back guarantee and the seller denied/closed my return and now I cannot even get the money back. 0/10 Be careful.
