    Ok so this was a long and drawn-out purchase, trying to get clarity on the listing. It was listed as new a return but the item i received is actually a brand new item. The listing did not specify the inclusions, and communication was good but still confusing. However, the seller was very accommodating and offered full satisfaction guarantee if i found issue with the package. You can buy this product from this seller with confidence, knowing you will receive a quality, priced, complete product.

    what the seller location China, and it been close to the 3 days mark since I order, yet still no transit of the package. I stump on if this seller is legit or not based on others I can go off of Note: Not that hard to disassemble everything, put in a box and ship it off -- never again eBay

    Excellent service and communication! I ordered a Ender 3 V2 but they were out of stock so they gave me the choice to wait on V2 stock or upgrade to a V2 Neo for free so it could be shipped out quickly. I took the upgrade. The printer came well packed in it's factory box with all of the accessories and documentation it would've from the factory. Printer looked new except for a couple cosmetic imperfections and the print surface plate had a blemish. Printer worked perfectly after setup. 10/10!

    Item exactly as described. I purchased a 3d printer from this seller and it exceeded my expectations. The printer was sold as “used” but it looks and performs like new. Shipping was fast and the printer was packaged exactly like factory packaging. I will definitely add this seller to my favorites! Thank you very much!

    This is my 2nd printer from the same seller. Just as with the last one, this arrived in near perfect condition. Setup was straightforward, Seller's communication was fast, (and prevented me from doing something very stupid.) this seller goes far above and beyond the call of duty. Sellers like this are few and in between.
