  I was asked by ebay to comment on the experience I had with this order. As I had not received the ordered item I responded Neutral . The use of this Rating was done in ignorance of how this feedback component is supposed to be utilized.   Item was shipped day of purchase. Ebay sends out feedback reminders to the buyers on an automated schedule regardless if the package has been delivered or not. Postal Service has slowed down a lot on length of delivery time. Anyway, thanks for your purchase and come back anytime.
