  This seller is a real credit to eBay and showed professionalism and excellent customer service throughout the process....including a full refund when I had to return the item. As far as can tell there was nothing wrong with the item but it just did not work well for my situation and after good back and forth communications seller stepped up and fully refunded full purchase price. Hope to find another reason to business with this seller again.

  Unbelievably happy with my purchase. iPod was in even better condition than shown and described. Works perfectly out the box. I did a diagnostics test and the harddrive is literally mint. Great seller, great communication. HIGHLY recommend.
