  Highly recommended. Had a few questions about the item. So nice to be able to speak directly to the seller (without having to press option 1, then press option 2 etc.) who explained everything to me, and sorted things out. Item condition and quality all very good. UK-based seller makes all the difference. Very good value for money and would use this seller again.

  6 days on still not delivered. Seller came up with diabolical excuse that Royal Mail hold back his parcels yet even if it was true you wouldnt keep using there service. If your going to make up a story at least make it some what believable or be honest and say you are a rubbish seller who doesn't know how to send a buyers order out on time.

  Chose the free postage option, the slowest. We have faster postage options on all our listings for those requiring items quicker. Unfortunately once we've dispatched an order, there is literally nothing we can do to speed it up - we are not the delivery drivers or post men/women. This rude customer has only been on the platform for 1 month and already left 4 negatives...go figure. We won't lose any sleep over this, although the grammar might give English teachers nightmares. (*their *you're)
