  My purchase workes well and is exactly as described. I would have been charged double for the replacement piece I needed through the manufacturer. The product was packaged in a way that was not wasteful but still protective, and it was shipped quickly for a reasonable price. I am quite satisfied!

  Wow! I can't say enough good things about this seller!! The Dyson hot and cool arrived in perfect condition, was well packaged, and arrived very quickly. Other sellers had the same item but without the base or remote for a higher price. I love how the seller listed pictures to show it operating on both hot and cool settings.
