  Overall 5/5, would definitely buy from this seller again. Seller responded quickly to all communication. Because of my university mailroom having issues the package was returned to sender, the seller re-shipped it free of charge. Item was well packaged. There was one loose nut causing the magnetic stirring feature to not function, I'm guessing this was due to the item being shipped across the country three times. I tightened the nut and the item works perfectly.

  I purchased a used EKG from their shop. It was shipped off very quickly, and was well packaged. The unit powered on and was in the same condition as photographed. Great seller! Highly recommend.
