So i am now leaving this feedback to let everybody no that this company is NOT reliable and sells faulty products and does not refund money. This time I have to compliment customer service as well! Item I received had a faulty remote control unit. After getting in touch with suppler I received replacement remote. The whole process took less then 10 days and replacement remote was travelling express from China! Thank you very much and well done Duok!!
