  Card got slightly dinged in mail. Not sellers fault at all. Was issued a full refund. Seller was great with communication and the entire purchase was a good experience stil nonetheless. I would highly recommend doing business with the seller. This was the mails fault, really cannot stand them sometimes! Whole transaction was a pleasure experience, seller was an absolute delight 🙂

  The package that the TinyTan was shipped in was excellent. The seller included a small black bubblewrap envelope that I assume was to keep me from accidentally cutting into the item inside the packing box. (Maybe it was to put the item inside of if gifting?) Anyways, it got cut a little, so it was great that it was between the package and the item I was buying. The toy box was undamaged, looked as if it were never opened, and contained the correct figure and the matching info card. Thank you.

  Unfortunately, there was an issue with the postal service where the item ended up lost in their system. However, this seller was prompt in offering a refund and communicated the situation quickly. Very professional and greatly appreciated.
