    I ordered these for my daughter for school, she finds them easier to write with. Item was dispatched very quickly, I received an email from the delivery company to say it was undeliverable. Sent the email to supplier and they sent a replacement straight away. Received 2 days later. Great customer service, fast delivery and great communication Would highly recommend and will be using again
