    Absolutely fantastic service. I messaged first to see if what I wanted was feasible and was not expecting an quick response as it was Easter Sunday. I had a reply almost straight away and after a brief bit of email tennis I had received a complete draft of the final product. This was all on Easter Sunday!! The item was posted on the next possible day, which was Tuesday due to the Bank Holiday and it arrived the next day. Completely amazed by the product itself and the service. Thanks so much.

    Fantastic customer experience. Firstly, the products I purchased were beautifully presented and as described. Communication was quick and easy. From messaging about a bespoke request for the products to receiving the item was 48 hours and they were very securely packaged. Very happy all round, would definitely purchase again.

Before buying I requested a slightly different artist and the seller quickly provided a professional mock up the item was shipped quickly and well packaged. Finally but more importantly i initially a bit concerned about the item. Would it look a bit “hand made”? Or cheap? I am delighted with the product. Does NOT look handmade . Clean, sharp and well made. Glad I opted for the real silver record. Looks the biz
