  The item was received today, very fast shipping, the quality of the Packaging exceeded expectations. Item was correct from the description. The appearance of the item also matched the description. When I installed the NIC and powered on the system it was immediately evident that the fan has failed. I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and offered to replace or refund. I initiated a return from the recommendation of the seller.

The VM500 oscilloscope is in excellent used condition, it was well packed for the cross-country trip.
