  Item was as described and in good working condition. The shipping cost did seem a little high for such a small package, but it was still a good value because it beat competitors’ prices. Even though programming instructions were offered through contacting seller, I just looked it up online and it was very easy to do.

  Great service, I received a pair of remotes and one was powering on but was not able to be programmed. I Contacted the seller right away and I was suggest a couple of things that might help getting it working but was unsuccessful. Seller immediately sent a replacement board at no cost and was very cordial and fast in shipping the remotes. Great seller!

  Remote arrived from this retailer in good condition, as expected. Shipping was fast. Will serve as a back up remote to my system, as these remotes aren't being made anymore. Item was packaged well.
