The computer was exactly as represented by the seller. When I went to customize the computer I found out that the Windows 11 Pro Operating system had not been activated. I contacted the seller and they stated that to include an activation key would be cost prohibitive. However, they offered to refund my cost for a key or return the computer for a full refund. I got a key.
