  Item listed as fast shipping. Only a label was created the day after I purchased, the item didn't actually arrive to the carrier for 6 days, did not get a response to message about shipping. Product arrived not overpacked, only in a plastic bag, several boxes were damaged, but the filters themselves made it intact. Would buy from again but would communicate with seller before purchase.

  Good filter, reasonable price and shipped immediately. Ran into a question about one of the filters I ordered that had an arrow on the side, but no explanation if it was to indicate direction of air flow or position of filter for installation. I sent a question to the seller, and received a reply in short order, resolving the question. 100% and Thank you.

  Seller had an inventory issue, preventing them from sending the carbon filters that I ordered. They contacted me offering a full refund, or to send me a set of pollen filters instead at a reduced cost. I chose to receive the pollen filters. Shipping was fast, and the filters are of good quality, with perfect fitment. Good seller. Would do business again.

  This company held my order for four days before shipping it. Then they put it in a plastic bag and shipped it. US mail. It came in twisted and mangled due to improper packaging. Fortunately, I do not believe the gaskets are harmed, no thanks to the seller. When I tried contacting the seller via email, I received a auto generated email back. I doubt anyone there reads emails or cares about their customer. Do yourself a favor. Find someone else to buy stuff from.
