The postie managed to hide it in a super 'safe place' and forgot to leave a card telling me where exactly that was but the seller kept in touch and replied to messages and it got sorted in the end. Technically it got sorted by wrangling the postman next time I saw him in the street but it's always stressful when you have an issue and the seller ghosts you.
