  Seller shipped item quickly and well packaged. The item that arrived had only 4gb of RAM instead of the advertised 8gb, but after a quick message I was refunded the cost of a 4gb stick of RAM. Very easy to work with and would purchase from again.

  Seller was amazing, shipped fast and packaged great. UPS on the other hand was not as good. Even though the seller packaged the item very well, UPS still managed to damage the product. I would 100% recommend buying from this seller. Even with the cosmetic damage, the item functions as described.

  Item was shoved in a box with little padding. Adequate but could've been better. Item was also filthy on the inside but the description says nothing about being cleaned so I can't expect much. Regardless, it turns on, and was a great price and shipped very quickly.

  Tripod was well packed and shipped quickly. It really was brand new and in the original packaging as described even though it is an older model no longer in production. A fantastic deal!
