  My experience was positive, there were unexpected stains, I know the seller didn’t know they were there. She took care of the problem and reimbursed me immediately. I call this excellent business and integrity thankyou. It was disappointing, the bag was pretty. The packaging and shipping were great, the item would have been great for the value but not as described unfortunately. I appreciate this seller.

I didn't have the pleasure of speaking with this seller, but if can tell that they really cares for their customers and their purchases just by how my lost kitties came packaged!!
