  My nativity pieces arrived 7 days after I ordered. They appeared to be well packaged, but because they were so fragile, one piece was damaged in transit. I alerted the seller but did not request a partial refund because I was already getting a bargain price, and the cracks that led to the damage were clearly shown in the photos. The shipping price might look high, but these are large, heavy, fragile pieces. I will combine this partial set with another partial set I bought from another seller.

  Absolutely excellent packaging! The PC was securely wrapped in several inches of bubble wrap and arrived very quickly. The condition of the PC was better than I was even expecting. It's difficult to tell that it was ever even used. The listing description was accurate and I received everything I was expecting to. The OptiPlex runs great!

  Item arrived as described and in a very timely manner. It was packaged in the unopened box and then wrapped with brown shipping paper. Arrived undamaged. Very happy with this purchase.
