    It took a little bit longer to arrive but the product came as described, no issues with it. The packaging was an old box but the good thing was that cleats did not suffer any damage. GOod deal!

    item never received, Did contact seller, only to tell me they did look into the postal services, that's it!! did not consider offering me a refund or even continue in helping in any way. This seller not only received my payment, but also a $100.00 IN INSURANCE. BUYERS BEWARE

    Item lost in mail. Contacted USPS. Buyer sent multiple angry messages & I waited to respond until I heard back from USPS instead of engaging. Buyer filed chargeback w/ bank, instead of asking for refund. had no choice but to wait for the bank to investigate. (funds still on hold & buyer will win). I did file insurance claim w/ USPS. I am taking a loss,so I'm allowed to try to use a service I paid for. Would have been happy to refund if asked, buyer wanted item until chargeback filed
