    Seller was outstanding in shipping, communication and product support. Unfortunately the part did not fit my application but I was given a return shipping label and refunded the full amount paid. Great people to do business with! I will recommend them and will be happy to do business with them again.

    The belt was made by reputable manufacturer Gates. The tensioner is unbranded. They appear as described by seller. FedEx charged me an additional $16.50 delivery fee on top of $20 shipping paid to seller. No taxes or duties were paid since the value of the item is below the taxable threshold.

    Item was as described, USPS also doing it's job to lose packages but that is NOT the fault of the seller. It did arrive later than expected but was exactly what I needed to get my BMW back together. I would certainly order again from this seller.
