  Unfortunately the carrier let the seller down,but he went over and above to trace the package for me and when all was exhausted he gave me option of refund which i recieved within 48 hours, i highly reccomend this seller and wouldnt hesitate to buy from him in the future,a great ebayer,i wish they were all as helpfull as he was.

  I ordered two items from this seller, both listed as new and shipping from the UK. Both items arrived with runied or missing packaging and shipped separately as AliExpress orders from China. Seller lied about condition, courier, and location and has taken multiple days and multiple reminders to respond to inquiries about resolving these issues.   Item was described as brand new in box but the item did not come in original box at all. Not ideal for a collector who might want it sealed. But regardless it was packaged well. The statue doesn’t look as high quality as shown in photos, but for the price it’s not bad as a small shelf or desk decoration. This seller seems to have a habit of misleading descriptions based on his feedback so buy carefully.

  We received the figurine in the time expected. Sadly, we hit a bad bit of luck that the arm on the figurine didn't fit as expected and wouldn't stay in. However, the customer service was fantastic, were really quick to respond to assist and everything was resolved. Would absolutely order from them again.
