  We bought a power steering rack and the part fit, we did contact the seller with the VIN # to confirm. The seller reached out to confirm we were satisfied and we are. Of note the part required a signature, so work with the shipping company to plan delivery. The part was reconditioned but needed to be programmed to the vehicle. Which is a Ford issue not a seller issue. We are pleased to say that once the computer part was done the vehicle works as it is supposed to. Very happy, would buy again.

  Item was is great condition, shipping was fast. Communication with seller was great. Unfortunately due to no fault of the seller the clutch didn't fit my vehicle . The seller went above and beyond to make it right.
