    Item as described, well packaged and prompt shipment. No instructions but parts are number coded for matching. I couldn't figure out the center stand mounting, but my email about that was quickly replied to with photos.

    great service but Thailand customs wouldn't release it as they said it's a restricted item, then they asked "whats in the box" so they held it and didn't know what it was! UPS Bangkok head office and the office where the part was located never answered the phone or helped us then we gave up, plus they said we have to go to Bangkok to sort this out and we are in Chiang Mai, 1 hour flight. But Delkevic did a great job on their side. So, don't use UPS for Thailand.

    Exhaust is great. Awesome product. Showed up quickly and undamaged. Well packaged. Only problem was the copper crush gasket for the header was not included as it was shown. Not a huge deal, but it sets me back week or so, while I wait for the gasket to show up.

    I can only share how the product arrived as I haven't installed or used it yet. Packaging was very good, item arrived with no visible defects or shipping damage. The outer box had tape that failed and you could see where items had been moving around on the inside from shipping handling. The copper exhaust gaskets were tapped to the bubble wrap and I almost through them out. (I did put the wrapping in the trash can) Found them after triple checking before I contacted the seller.
