    Save yourself the stress and avoid this seller. The hoodie I ordered was lost in shipping and the seller offered to make a replacement. This was the last time the seller replied to any communication. I have emailed 10 times with no replyand now eBay is refusing to refund my payment because the time has expired. I have asked please several times, did not want to leave negative feedback.

    I was able to get refunded by ebay as the item didn't arrive in time for the baby shower which was very disappointing knowing that everything i communicated stated exactly when I needed the item to arrive.
