Emailed AGAIN 5/20 . GOT THIS FLIPPANT RESPONSE 5/24: It's not a platform bed. You were supposed to use a foundation or a bunky bed to support the mattress.We can send you the rails or a refund of $25 whatever you prefer.

It is a most common thing that all beds except a platform bed require a Foundation or a Bunky Board to support the mattress. If this is not known by the customer and claiming after damaged is a bad business, we although offer replacement Slats to replace what the pieces are damaged for free of cost!!

Everything was carefully wrapped and packaged on the pallet professionally. The salesperson was nice and friendly. Great communication. The delivery driver even helped us bring the items inside as it was dark outside and sleeting. Overall I’d have to rate this company with ten stars. They exceeded my expectations by far. It took 7 calendar days from purchase to delivery. Pretty fast in my opinion. Thank you again.
