  I guess the shipment was picked up, but never scanned and thus not delivered. No fault of the seller. In fact I feel bad because I was upset (having had almost nothing but bad experiences here) but the quickly responded, issued an immediate refund, and still lost their item. So far one of the very few trustworthy sellers I've dealt with here.

  High quality capacitors. Immediate shipping. They were shipped in a padded envelope, instead of in a small box. Fortunately, they did not get damaged or crushed during shipping. I asked the seller, immediately after I received confirmation of my order, to package my capacitors in a small box rather than in a small envelope. I recommend using a small box for shipping fragile capacitors to avoid possible damage.
