  Seller posted it, however it was lost in shipping. After 1 month it had not been received, seller promptly replied to my communication and immediately issued a refund. Top notch, honest seller which I highly recommend.

  The seller was great and quick to reply! They accidentally shipped the wrong finish but shipping was extremely quick and they re-shipped the correct item immediately. The items were in perfect condition and packaged as described.

  Seller is very customer-focused. They sent the wrong item (chrome finish vs brushed nickel) but responded very quickly to my emails regarding the issue and refunded my purchase immediately. Though this delayed my bathroom project slightly, their response time and their willingness to correct their error, earns them a positive rating.
