    The quality was excellent. The condition was new and the value was exceptional. It cost a fraction of the cost from a big box store. It was well packaged in original packaging. Its appearance as a light was dimmer than expected as it was portrayed in the pictures. Otherwise, great quality from the seller with prompt shipping.

    Bidet was just as described. Box looked like it had been thru a war! I still had the seals on it and contents couldn't have been inspected. Not real sure if all the parts were there, but all I wanted was the bidet for a custom installation. Sent a request for clarification on the unit. Never got a response, but I took a chance and bought it anyway because it was the model I wanted and the price was very good. I'd do it again...great buy!
