  CD player arrived timely and packaged well. When the player did not work, I contacted the seller, he provided ideas to fix the unit, however, after trying to fix, I was not able to get it to play. I contacted the seller again and we had a very professional conversation about what may have happened during shipping across the country (CA -NY) and agreed, something got misaligned to make the unit not play. Seller refunded me - Overall, great experience with seller and would recommend in future!!

  Great seller, very fast shipping, good packaging and communications. The TM500 power module is in excellent condition as described and so is the included FG503 function generator. The items were well protected during the shipping thanks to the packaging, all knobs and switches arrived intact.
