  Quick delivery and well packaged. Item is genuine, but wasn't received exactly as described. The description indicated the bottle was a spray version, but I received a splash bottle which is not convenient to use and. I will need to decant the liquid to a smaller bottle which really isn't satisfactory. I fed this back to the seller, but have not received a response. Not entirely happy if I'm honest and I am not one to complain at all. My ebay transactions on the whole are usually very smooth.

  Arrived on time. Packaging was strong and sturdy. Well wrapped, keeping the item free from any damage. As described for the Zoom, considering this was for a product bought 11yrs ago and needed a replacement hood. Value for money as I was struggling to locate this exact item anywhere.
