  Partial refund ( unsolicited ) was received with no explanatory information. I am assuming it was on the postal charge of £4 for a large letter. Accordingly I take the revised postal charge as reasonable. The wrapping and packaging was a credit to the individual responsible. The brochures/ booklets were very accurately portrayed in the item description, and overall represented good Vfm.

  Finally received the parcel in Ukraine. The dishes are wonderful, they are in excellent condition, although they were described as having significant signs of use, in fact they are much better than I expected. The packaging is incredibly careful, very professional. Thank you very much, I am very happy with the purchase!
