  This item was received on time and in very good condition. The packaging is very firm and sturdy. The appearance of the packaging and the item within the package are in very good condition as well. I don't doubt the quality of this item. As for the value, this item deserves mentioning to my tech dept.

  To their credit a return was accepted without much resistance. Issue being the product they sent is not what's pictured. If they actually had the product pictured why didn't they offer a replacement -- because they don't even have it to sell it. Classic bait and switch. Buyer beware!
