    The gorgeous Mariposa tote arrived in great condition packaged securely. It is even more beautiful in person. Shipping was very good, the package arrived quickly.     The bag is beautiful. Auction stated PRIORITY shipping. Bag was delayed and when asked how shipped seller said either PRIORITY or ADVANTAGE. This did not answer the question. The answer came in a small shipping refund. The late arrival ruined the celebration it was meant for. Be honest and fulfill your obligations as a seller. I paid for PRIORITY shipping, expected PRIORITY shipping and your “I’m only human and make mistakes” did not help me. Your mistake made this purchase a failure.

    The item was delivered within 4 business days after the purchase (7 week days from which 3 days weekend plus holiday) - faster and better hardly happens. There was no reason for me to apologize, but I did. Buyer would not stop. I sent refund. She got worse and proceeded with insults. Just an unfortunate case when there is nothing you can do.
