    Shipping was rocket fast, bag is very beautiful and as described, however, the packaging was sub-par. It was just placed in a box with no protective wrapping or even packing paper. For an expensive item, it would have been nice to see more care taken of it when sending.

    Item received was fine, although shoes were missing the original insoles and arch support insoles were added. I would have preferred to know ahead of purchase. Shipping was frustrating. I got notif. of shipping, then expected del. When item didn’t arrive, I clicked link to see status and all links said “item not found” and no charge to me. So I order from another vendor-2 days later I get 1st shoes. Even now when I look @ my purchases this item is not there? Emailed EBay and still no reply.

    Unfortunately USPS lost my package. Seller packed and shipped the item, in good faith and responded appropriately when it became clear that it would not arrive. Refund has been issued. Would use this seller in the future.
