My order took a ridiculously long time to arrive, it wasn't marked as "dispatched" until the 3rd December. I paid on 25th November. I have since had further issues with Ebay tracking, and the seller said the item had been dispatched when I asked directly, so I am choosing to focus on the positives, although the communication could be improved.

Tyzack, I cannot fault the standard of the service they provide. To date, the items I have ordered have always arrived in excellent condition, and I consider their seller communication to be 5-star, along with their dispatch times.

Seller dispatched a replacement as soon as I notified them, and by quicker delivery service - Royal Mail 24. Replacement arrived soon after. It's when things don't go quite to plan that you find out what sorry of a seller you're dealing with. This one provides excellent and swift support when things go awry. Highly recommended seller.
