  Purchase price was very good. Item arrived slightly sooner than expected, as described, and in good packaging. I had an issue with it and we eventually resolved the issue...which was my fault. Seller was extraordinarily patient and communication was great. Bar is set up and product performs without a flaw. Great product, great seller, great communication. Can't ask for better.

  When the printer Arrived non functional I immediately felt a great amount of anxiety, but after contacting the vendor they were extremely cool and helpful, I said I wanted to try to fix it myself because it looked like it got damaged during shipping and was likely an easy fix, the vendor gave a decent amount of my money back and gave the option to return the whole thing for a full refund if I wanted. After taking it apart and fixing the issue it works like new. 10/10 would buy from them again.

  One of Ebay's best sellers! Super fast and friendly. Well packaged item just as described. FedEx may have been a bit rough with the box but seller jumped right in and went way above + beyond to make things right. Highly recommended seller. Overall A+++
