  I ordered this item on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, but I had to contact USPS, for a Service Request, to get the package Delivered, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The shipping Delay Problem, was caused by USPS in Memphis, TN . This item, is as advertised, New, and seems to be Good Quality. I have not installed these parts, yet ! It will take some Time, to install these parts, because My 2003 Ford 4G Alternator, will have to be Completely disassembled. I will buy from this Seller, again.

  Voltage regulator was well-packed in original manufacturer box and arrived with all necessary hardware. Part was undamaged and unopened. Fitment was perfect and fixed the erratic voltage problem I was having. Only complaint was that the shipping estimate provided by ebay did not match the shipping policies of the seller. Seller communicated this clearly and shipped by their estimated date. Thanks

  I preferred two but they only sent me one. I notified them & they checked the weight of the package they mailed in their system and confirmed that they had only sent one. They mailed out the second one & I received it, quicker than the first one so all is good.
